RETURNS POLICY
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns of unused products in their original, unopened packaging within 30 days of purchase. Items must be complete with all original documentation, accessories, and packaging to qualify for return.
Before You Return
Get Your Return Authorization First
- Contact us via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from issue date
- Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed
Return Requirements
Your item must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original manufacturer packaging (undamaged)
- Complete with all accessories, manuals, and documentation
- Purchased within the last 30 days (proof of purchase required)
Package your return:
- Use adequate packaging to prevent damage during shipping
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package
- Include a copy of your original receipt or order confirmation
Shipping & Processing
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility
- We are not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping
- Allow 7-14 business days for processing after we receive your return
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Manufacturer Warranty Items
For products covered by manufacturer warranty, please check the product listing for specific return instructions, as these may differ from our standard policy.
Testing & Inspection
If your return is for a defective item:
- We will test the product upon receipt
- If no fault is found, a £10 testing fee (plus VAT) will be deducted from your refund
- You will also be responsible for return shipping costs
If your return is for restocking (non-defective):
- A 10% restocking fee applies (minimum £5 plus VAT)
- Additional £10 testing fee (plus VAT) may apply
- These fees will be deducted from your refund
Items We Cannot Accept
We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that are:
- Incomplete or missing accessories
- Not in original manufacturer packaging
- Damaged by customer use
- In non-resaleable condition
Important Notes
- Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days of approval
- If testing/restocking fees exceed the refund amount, you'll be notified before processing
- Unclaimed returns may be disposed of after 21 days without further notice
